Review content:
I got my windows replaced by Mark's Windows a few years ago and during the last rain I noticed water beneath the window sill so I called them. It took them 3 days to call me back and when they did I very surprised that they said they were no longer responsiable for the installation because it was past one year from installation. I told them that the salesmand firmly stated that Mark's Windows gives a lifetime installation warranty. Since this was listed no longer on the contract Mark's said that they thought that I was not telling the truth because they never tell their customers that they give a lifetime warranty. Also the salesman that sold me the windows is no longer with the company. I couldnt believe what was happening after I spent alot of money on the windows. I called the California Contractors board and they told me unless the contract says lifetime installation there was no way I was going to get Marks to fix it. They recommend having a window Specialist come out and try to fix the problem and if the specialist saw a installation problem maybe they would get involved.
Cons: Uses Cheap products during installation, No customer service, No WARRANTY on Their INSTALLATIONS
