Review content:
I purchased a retro style popcorn machine. Understanding that it was as is, but operational. The handle to turn over the popping dish when completed was not attached when received and could not be attached because the fitting had been stripped. A phone call was made and I was told it would be addressed and I would be called on my cell phone. Three weeks later no call. I would like to keep the unit but it's no good if you can't turn over the kettle and dump the popcorn.
