Orderd on e-bay an electric pipe threader and got it in the mail and plugged it in and it sounded like a bucket of nuts and bolts. They said they tested it and it did spin but just because it spins the gears were stripped and it would cut pipe. Made 2 phone calls and 3 e-mails with no answer to either. These people should be taken off of e-bay because they are giving them a bad name.How do companies like this stay in business and shame on you e-bay for allowing them to sell their crap on your site. Ticked off Cons: send stuff out that they know doesn't work more

I purchased a retro style popcorn machine. Understanding that it was as is, but operational. The handle to turn over the popping dish when completed was not attached when received and could not be attached because the fitting had been stripped. A phone call was made and I was told it would be addressed and I would be called on my cell phone. Three weeks later no call. I would like to keep the unit but it's no good if you can't turn over the kettle and dump the popcorn. more

Shady Ebay operators. Similar experience as previous writer. Purchased something they didn't have even though for 3-4 weeks it had been shipped. Bunch of liars. Left negative feedback which was the only way I received a reply. They were anxious to have me remove it and we agreed that I would get a refund. I kept my part of the bargain. I attempted to call over 30 times (at my expense) and no one ever called back. Stay away from them. Pros: Good prices for merchandise that doesn't exist. I dealt with empire liquidators on Ebay and found out that they not only lie about merchandise but also do not send it to customers. You can pay for the merchandise immediatly and if you leave them bad feedback they will leave you bad feedback. As of this writing i have not recieved my merchandise or a refund or credit for what i bid on, won, and paid for within 24hours of winning bid. The only thing i have recieved is bad feedback left on Ebay... BEWARE OF THIS SELLER You don't have to even believe me just go to toolhaus follower by a dot then org and type in empire_liquidators and you will see just for the month of April they have over 40 bad feedback and they have talked a lot of others out of the bad feedback by saying they will retract theres if the buyer retracts there bad feedback against them. You decide ...pay a little more at a local store and have your item or buy from empire liquidators and have them keep your money like they have with me or maybe send you a piece of junk. Pros: merchandise is reasonable Cons: keep your money, leaves bad feedback, most merchandise poor quality, broken torn etc. more
