Review content:
I've been with this salon for over three years now, ever since I moved to Salt Lake City. I have had consistently excellent results with one minor exception - once I didn't like how dark my low-lights are so I had to get them redone. Easy fix. They keep records on your visit so they can match your colour (nothing new, I know) and they know who your regular stylist are. I once needed an emergency cut (are you seeing a pattern here?) and they fit me in the same day. The price is about average for a salon of this caliber and when you're paying $150 for cut and highlights you want to be sure you're going to have no mistakes. When I was blonde, I had people telling me that it looked natural and they didn't realize it was highlighted until I told them. Cuts are reasonable at about $45-65 depending on the stylist you get. The atmosphere is always bright and pleasant: the people are kind and helpful; they'll talk if you want to talk or say nothing if you just want to read a magezine; they'll make you feel like a star and give you want you want with a touch of what you need. Pros: spacious, downtown
