At Essex Place Apartments in Overland Park, the staff is a nightmare to deal with, They wouldn't give me the property owners number to complain, so I am going to let everyone know on here what a terrible place this is. Living there was ok, older place, things need to be replaced, broke often. Living in this part of town you think you would get better quality of service.. Well don't expect that here. The staff are people that seem to have wandered off the street and don't want to be there. They are so rude, unprofessional. The MANAGER is one of the most hateful, spiteful people I have ever met. Never a nice word. Asking for help from them is a joke. They treat you like dirt. There are better places around than here. I recommend to STAY AWAY
