Lived here when I first came to New Mexico. On line rental. Had a drunken, loud, foul mouthed butch lving over top of me who regularly beat up her girl friend while screaming obscenities and stumping around like an elephant overhead. Found our her mother lived in another building and conditions were about the same. 6 calls to APD and they finally evicted her. Think she'd still be there otherwise. Always got ""we're working on it"" when I went to the office. Don't know if it's any better but for me it was a really bad experience.
