What a place to live 10/10/2010

What a place! I moved here from California to take a job, and I had no clue what to expect when I started looking for apartments over the phone. the staff was courteous and willing to provide me with all information i needed to understand what their community had to offer. They also had a lot of their pictures of apartments posted on their website and also their facebook page. I have lived here 2 months and dont regret a minute of it... the area is so quiet and peaceuful, the apartments are of agreat size and im close to work.. what more could i ask! So great job to The Arbors and keep up the good work! I Highly reccomend living here more

Bad tenants may stay forever 7/7/2010

Lived here when I first came to New Mexico. On line rental. Had a drunken, loud, foul mouthed butch lving over top of me who regularly beat up her girl friend while screaming obscenities and stumping around like an elephant overhead. Found our her mother lived in another building and conditions were about the same. 6 calls to APD and they finally evicted her. Think she'd still be there otherwise. Always got ""we're working on it"" when I went to the office. Don't know if it's any better but for me it was a really bad experience. Cons: inaction of management more

Horrible Place to Live 4/22/2010

I know 2 people that got thier cars stolen while living there and the ""security"" did nothing to help. It is shared security and good luck if they show up at all. Managment has shown to lie to cover thier butts in matters concerning move outs. Management does not inform people of the move out inspection so they can be there during the inspection. Management will charge up the ass for everything and claim they have pics, when you know good and well it was left in pristine condition. BEWARE OF THEM!! Pros: Location Cons: Mgmt sucks more
