Review content:
Joe Campos was hired by my husband to paint the exterior of our home and sand/stain our front door. The project was almost completed when Campos said he would return in a few days to finish. Sadly, my husband paid him in full with good faith. Campos has yet to return, months later and after many phone calls made to him by me. We have had two separate appointments which he failed to arrive nor did he call to cancel. I have just filed a complaint with the BBB and am preparing to proceed with legal actions as well.
Mr Campos and Cap-Citi Painting/Home repair is an example of a scam artist. He should not be allowed to own nor run a business. Don't let this man take advantage of you and your hard earned money. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY!
