Cap-Citi Painting & Home Repair

Joe Campos was hired by my husband to paint the exterior of our home and sand/stain our front door. The project was almost completed when Campos said he would return in a few days to finish. Sadly, my husband paid him in full with good faith. Campos has yet to return, months later and after many phone calls made to him by me. We have had two separate appointments which he failed to arrive nor did he call to cancel. I have just filed a complaint with the BBB and am preparing to proceed with legal actions as well. Mr Campos and Cap-Citi Painting/Home repair is an example of a scam artist. He should not be allowed to own nor run a business. Don't let this man take advantage of you and your hard earned money. My parents are elderly and unable to perform any household maintenance on their house. Joe Campos promised them they would get the best quality service for a fair price. My parents being the trustworthy people they are paid Joe upfront all the money. My parents were kind enough to also feed Joe and his associate during their first visit to estimate the project. They never have returned their call and now they are out $4,200.00. I did some research and learned that Joe also owned Elite painting and Home repair and had similiar reviews but changed the company name to get back into the fraud business. Save yourself the hassle and do not use Cap-Citi Painters! Although they were the most affordable of several companies I looked into, they did not provide the number of painters promised, painters were late or did not show up at all and they left trim, carpet and flooring a mess of splatters. Hired CapCiti to paint the exterior of my home. As soon as this rain stopped and my home was dry enough to paint these showed up and got the work done ASAP without compromising workmanship. I know we all have our insecurities with contractors, but I must admit after having gotten 5 estimates and in the end choosing Cap-Citi Painting, my husband and I made an excellent decision!! We contracted Cap-Citi to paint the exterior siding and repair where necessary. The team that showed up was very professional and most of all showed up on time!!! They knew exactly what needed to be done and didn't waste time getting started. Most importantly the project was completed on time! My husband and I are completely satisfied with the finished project! We highly recommend Cap-Citi Painting and Home Repair to ANYONE who wished to use an outside contractor for their home or business project!!!
