WOW!!! That's the first thing that comes to mind when I think about the experience I just had and it was at THE DENTIST! I know most people don't feel this way and I didn't prior to coming in for my appointment. I was a 'nervous nellie' and very anxious as my appointment came closer and closer, and much to my surprise, it was GREAT!!! I walked in the door to smiling faces and a friendly 'hello' and was told to feel free to help myself to a cup of coffee, hot tea, or cocoa while I filled out my paperwork. I went to the coffee machine and what do I see, STARBUCKS coffee for FREE!!! The lobby was beautifully decorated and comforting. Then, when they called my name and it was my turn, of course, the butterflies kicked in again. But, I have to say, from the hygienist that cleaned my teeth to the Dr. that did my exam, the experience totally changed my view of going to the dentist! Everyone was SO helpful and nice and explained everything. I had alot of questions and they didn't even act like they were in a rush to finish like I have experienced when I have asked questions at other offices. I was given a treatment plan with my treatment needs and it lists how much I have to pay for treatment and how much they estimate my insurance will pay. I also understand why I need the treatment they suggested. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I am SO HAPPY to have found my forever dentist! THANKS RICCOBENE ASSOCIATES!
