It's been about 18 months since we purchased tens of thousands of dollars in cabinets from Canyon Creek. The experience was awful. Some doors went back seven times for re-work. At this point, paint is worn off of the edges of most of them and we'll have to pay someone to re-do them. There were a couple of people there who were decent to deal with, but overall, their QA is obviously ridiculously poor. We had three of their high level managers out to our home, so they could see the dings and scratches that were delivered. Accountability was among the worst I've seen from executives at any company. Bear in mind that this isn't a heated, ""in the moment"" response. 18 months later, I strongly regret using Canyon Creek.
