Great experience with Canyon Creek. Before the project even started I have visited their Website, Facebook and then their showroom and I was pleasantly surprised at how much they have to offer. They have a wide range of Kitchen, Bathroom, office and even Closet options that are showcased, these combined with a showroom manager that is willing to help, answer questions and share his knowledge helped make my cabinet choices. Its nice to visit a company who's staff cares about the product and potential customer. After this visit I've narrowed down who will make my cabinets and closets too.. to be continued. off to a great start. more

When I bought my home, the home office was not very well designed to fit my needs. The room has a window with a beautiful view but the desk faced blank wall. After shopping around, I had the folks from Canyon Creek design and build my new office.\r I selected rustic hickory in a medium stain and I am so happy with it.\r Now, my office has more storage where I can use it and I can sit at my desk and look out the window. I purchased recently rustic alder vanity cabinets and a matching mirror that are absolutely beautiful. The cabinet finish is first rate and the look and color are exactly what our bathroom decor needed. The drawers are solid and work so smoothly it is hard to believe The cabinets shipped on time and were packaged very well. I am looking forward to my next project in my Master Bath. more

I would ask CANYON CREEK'S CEO.... How would you like YOUR life disrupted for SIX months due to poor quality control on the part of your company?? How would you feel about having to get your contractors back repeatedly? What should be an exciting project has turned into pure misery....and it doesn't have to be this way... IF YOU CARED.\r \r You have made repeated mistakes, you've expressed regret,and yet you've made no effort to rectify them in a TIMELY manner. WHY?\r \r I want someone in charge to call me and explain why cabinets that were supposed to arrive before June 2, the date you very well KNOW is important to me, now have a SHIP DATE of June 20 and won't arrive until June 27? \r \r I strongly urge you to expedite this order... I am consulting an attorney. more

I thought I should give the reviewers an update on the poor cabinets that were sold to us by Canyon Creek. Our cabinet doors are still warped, and did *not* return to their original shape, as told to us by Canyon Creek. Clearly, they are not honoring their warranty. So please let this be a lesson to you all, please do *not* buy their cabinets, lest you are open to risking having them warp in less than one year. more

I am a Canyon Creek dealer and have found the product to be excellent and of good value for my clients in the Monterey Peninsula. Our climate here is surpisingly humid and damp many times throughout the year. Even so, we have not had any unusual problems with the cabinet structure. more

I stumbled on John Doe's nasty review and felt compelled to write a review of my own. We live in the Pacific Northwest and have Canyon Creek cherry cabinets throughout our home. I have NEVER had any of the problems John Doe describes! We put their cabinets in our Kitchen in 2006, and two bathrooms in 2008, and an entertainment center was installed in 2002. The cabinets in the master bath/spa have been exposed to lots of moisture since they were installed, and there has never been any damage or warping due to moisture! All the cabinets still look fantastic and we have had many compliments on them. I do a lot of cooking and entertaining, and would definitely RECOMMEND Canyon Creek to anyone who asks me!! more

My husband and I decided to remodel our 33 year old kitchen and after an extensive search for a contractor he led us to Canyon Creek Cabinet Company. It was a delight to work with the people in the showroom. It was a delight to work with the salesman and it is a delight to have the beautiful cabinets in our home. The workmanship of the cabinets is outstanding. The color of the finish is perfect throughout. I was worried at first of our choice of alder, but I shouldn't have wasted the energy. The cabinets look like fine furniture. They are used everyday and show not one mark of use. I am in love with the silent close on the drawers and doors. I would recommend this company to anyone of my family or friends! more

We bought Canyon Creek cabinets for our home in Oregon and put them in the kitchen, two bathrooms, bedroom and laundry room. They've been in our home for over three years and are still as beautiful as the day they were installed! The quality of the cabinets and the finish are just like fine furniture and we're very happy with them. It was important to us to buy cabinets made in the U.S. because we wanted to be sure that there weren't any harmful chemicals and it was an extra bonus that they were made in the Pacific Northwest. Canyon Creek did a great job by us and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good quality. more

Shortly after purchasing our cabinets, we found the doors of our cabinets warping. We called them to replace them, since it was quite evident that their doors were defective. They refused to fully pay for replacing the doors, claiming that it was humidity that warped the doors, and that they didn't want to fully take responsibility for it. We were rather surprised they didn't want to take full responsibility for selling us cabinets made of wood that absorbed humidity and warped. Like the previous reviewer, we went back and forth with this company for several months but to no avail, so this too is not a heated ""in the moment"" review. I only wish I had seen the previous review before deciding on spending so much money on these cabinets. It is now quite clear to us, and I hope to the reader, that this company is out to make a sale at the expense of the consumer. Please, either save your money or shop elsewhere. more

It's been about 18 months since we purchased tens of thousands of dollars in cabinets from Canyon Creek. The experience was awful. Some doors went back seven times for re-work. At this point, paint is worn off of the edges of most of them and we'll have to pay someone to re-do them. There were a couple of people there who were decent to deal with, but overall, their QA is obviously ridiculously poor. We had three of their high level managers out to our home, so they could see the dings and scratches that were delivered. Accountability was among the worst I've seen from executives at any company. Bear in mind that this isn't a heated, ""in the moment"" response. 18 months later, I strongly regret using Canyon Creek. more
