Review content:
When I saw the sign for this little butcher shop, I was so excited! It had been years since I had shopped at a ""real"" butcher shop. When I went inside, it only got better. Greg and his fiance (owners) are there to help you from picking the meat, to how to cut it and how to cook it. Their customer service is beyond excellent, and what is missing from so many of the everyday grocery stores. And to top it all off, the meat is wonderful! Their marinated Ribeye is the best ribeye I have ever eaten, bar none. (And I worked at a steak house for 2 years) Thank you so much VG's!!!
Pros: Everything!
Cons: Parking is a bit of a hassel
