Great place to live but some gross wrinkled scank Helene and a rear end hold named George (whose you know what was removed a couple years back) make people's lives miserable. They for some reason do not want to sell anything which is why it is so cheap to buy there. But let me say this once the current board is gone these apartments are going to shoot up in price faster than you can write a check. Most of the board is so old though they should be dead in a year or so. I would buy it up now while you still can. I am a real estate agent in the heights and love the location, too bad for old people controling some great properties, shareholders I am sure would love to see them drop dead so there apartments go up 50% in value. Please note the board can be paid off from what I am told. Pros: locations Cons: staff is a misery
