Review content:
What fabulous apartments! A girlfriend of mine just purchased one and I msut say, these are some gorgeous apartments. She compeltely renovated (most of them need to be, but it is so beyond worth it!) Some 'old' ones still left from the older brooklyn days, but the new chicer crowd is making it's way in, though a bit slower than one would hope. I have heard from both my friend who purchased (with plenty of issues) as well as a few others that the board/management can be a hinderance. But truthfully, all of these people have raved about how gorgeous the apartments are inside! If you can just stand the management a bit longer, it will only be a matter of time before they are all gone and the new owners begin to make their way in. Which means, now is the time to buy! I am checking everyday to see what opens up, but be quick! These apartments get snatched up VERY quickly...
Pros: Beautiful Apartments - more than worthy Investment
Cons: Building Manager and Co-Op Board - but surely that won't last long!
