I went there to mail something yesterday and this stupid clerk didn't even know what I was doing and just told me to seal the express envelope right away. I send many express mails and have lots of experience, and I clearly knew what I was doing. Because of him, I had already put my document in the express envelope without writing the address down on another sheet. He asked me if I couldn't see what he was trying to tell me and I said I couldn't. He yelled at me told me to have some common sense. From which country does common sense mean being rude and arrogant to customers? I am only 17 years old and I live alone in Manhattan. I was trying to send my mom a letter and he not only wasted my time but also ruined my whole day. My mom told me not to go there again. The one near Lincoln centre is much better and only polite people work there.
