They lie! THEY LIE! They totally pulled a bait and switch promising one price and gave us another. Then they sold us a LEMON! It has broken down TWICE in one week .... We have only owned it a week! That's right a brand new car that is a piece of junk! They refuse to fix the transmission! Which is under warranty! They claim it's the tires. Let's see... tires make the car decellerate, stall, not accellerate and shift. (It's an automatic). I may be a woman but I know better than to believe that! Plus they have refused to give us documentation on the first service call where I had the car towed in! That is a voilation of Tennessee law! We have talked to the sales managers, owner, everyone. I'm terrified to drive the car and they won't honor the warranty! 10 years/ 100,000 miles...... Try less than a 1000 and it's just a expensive peice of driveway art that we'll be paying on for years!
Pros: The cars are the cutest peices of Junk!
Cons: EVERYTHING!!! RUN away from them or you'll end up walking like me!
