MY WIFE & I HAD A EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE AT THE DEALERSHIP. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY & TOOK CARE OF OUR EVERY NEED IN A TIMELY MANNER. OUR SALESMAN MR.RON MORGAN, DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB. HE WENT OVER & BEYOND HIS JOB DUTIES TO MAKE SURE ALL OUR NEEDS WERE MET. THE FINANCE MANAGER, TRAVIS ALLAWAY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL & FRIENDLY. HE MADE THE PAPERWORK PROCESS ENJOYABLE. We went to specifically look at the '14 optima sx turbo. During the test drive Charles did an excellent job telling me everything he knew about the optima, and answered all my questions. Everyone we had contact with during the process of looking and buying the optima were all friendly and welcoming. Probably The best car buying experience I've ever had. I would reccomend anyone I knew to this KIA dealership. more

I have always looked at the Sorento as a new car for the past 3 years. I picked out other brands as well but keep coming back to the Kia. When time came, it took 2 1/2 hours and I wrote a check and the deal was done. First new car I have ever had and I am almost 60. Great customer service, great salesman (not pushy or I would have left) great experience. more

It was over all good, though I do think that there should be less time spent at the dealership, I wish it was more like buying groceries, get in and get out. And I wish that when you decide to but a car that the price/ parent should not be played around with. \r Example\r The car is 20000\r Your down payment is .....\r The add taxes etc \r Then walla you have the purchase price... Now figure the payment based on interest and you are done. Non of this back and forth stuff. It is frustrating and makes people angry. But over all it was satisfied. more

Shane Bissinger is relatively new at the dealership, so was assisted by Dave Duran. Both gentlemen listened to what I had to say, were responsive, and sincerely wanted to help me reach a deal that was good for me. They took the time needed to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. I never felt rushed. It felt like an honest dealership experience. I left very happy, and would recommend Shane/Dave, as well as the dealership, to anyone I know. more
