Hello My name is Jason. My partner has been looking to buy a new car so he visited this KIA location (Hickory Hollow) . He bargined and bargined for two days. He was still unhappy with the car they put him in. so he asked me to pick up his trade from this KIA location. So I did. I walked in asked for the manager Jason (not me Jason KIA Jason)who is the sales manager, He tod me he could not release the trade in car to me He could only release it to chad becouse it was his car trade. My name is the name on the car it was never registered in any ones name but mine. I told them that they then cused me out. I got smart back thats when another sales man ran up on me like he was going to fight me. This is not how business is done. Do you really try to keep business this way. They could have been polite and said have chad come in to see what better of a deal we can work out instead they were ready to kick my butt and cuse me out. How will that insure a done deal on a car that was not sold out fully.I would never buy anything or let anyone i know buy from this place .
