Review content:
D&R responed to our needs in a timely manner and went above and beyound showing us the issue regarding the sewer line. I found out that the issue was more involved than just a toilet and that there was a serious case of roots in the sewer line. They walked us through a few ways to address this issue and there was no pressure on us to go with either one of the fixes that they were recommending. They showed us on the camera all the issues with the sewer line and where the problems were located. No other drain cleaning company has done that for me in the past or even offered a camera service. I was happy to see the actual conditions of the pipes and now have a clear understanding of what the REAL ISSUE is and what we can do to fix those issues. Price was fair and the employees were polite and professional.
