Eh is right. The place physically is OK for a low income neighborhood suffering from high foreclosures. But a 1 star - very depressing and unhealthy- the noise from the freeway is not baffled. Lots of deaths when I was there. Depresing. Many run down, vacant spaces. Most of the old timers there are snarly and gnarly. Not like the rents park in FL. Must be the noise. Why don't they get a wall up. My dog went nuts from it. I visit my aunt this summer in my cross country RV trip. So I stayed a lot in RV parks near the highway -even in those transient RV parks the hwy noise was baffled. The recreation options are meager and forced, attended by a small click of oldtimers living on the edge. Depressing. The Park itself is average for a lower income neighborhood. If that's what you want. I feel sorry for my aunt. Trying to get her to move to FL. LOL another empty space.
