I have never given a one-star review, but today was the third time I attempted to try on dresses at David's Bridal. The first appointment, a woman said she would help me and we went through the racks to pick out dresses. Then the hostess came over and whispered something to her, and she told me she had to go help another client and for me to ""get back in line.""
The second time, I waited 30 minutes for someone to help me. Learning from my previous experience, I had already selected five styles I wanted to try on. When the hostess came over, she said that there had been a mistake and my appt wasn't until next Saturday. Lies. They were extremely busy.
That brings us to today. I check in, and am again handed a clipboard that asks for tons of personal information. I'm already being snubbed by one hostess who, when I called, had difficulty understanding my last name (equivalent of Smith), and glared at me the entire time and then the other, kinder hostess doesn't seem to approve that the only info I want to give them is my name and email. My friend joined me and we waited, and waited, checked back in, waited...for an hour and half.
I'm done with David's and going to the Bride's Room or Faccio instead. This place is ridiculous.
Pros: Lots of parking
