This email is From Michael B. stating that Ruth Farais is one of the most professional people I have ever worked with over the phone on any matter. She was very informative of the protect that she was selling from the first call to the last. She explained what Pinnacle could do and not do. She was not selling pie in the sky. All so she has a very pleasant phone voice which is very important in selling a product over the phone because she had only 30 seconds to convince me that the product is what I wanted and needed. I do not know MS Farias but she reminds me of friends of mine. She makes you feel comfortable with what she is doing and believes in the product. My personal opinion she should go far in what she is do. I am looking forward in working with Pinnacle to get my situation resolved. Thanks
