Pinnacle Tax

I think I was listening to the radio in my car one morning. So I called you guys. Unfortunately, I got into my tax debt when I first married to another lady. We got into a lot of problems with our taxes. I couldn't make the payments, so they just accumulated. I didn't have the money for it. All those years, I didn't have the money to pay it. Then I had the child support, when I had my kids. I was paying for them, but I was also paying the child support. They took it out of my check. So I couldn't make the payments on my taxes. Then, a few times, I didn't have a job. So it just accumulated. Then, when I got the second wife, I tried to make the payments. Then she filed me on her taxes and we got all messed up again. All I can say about this process is that, in the beginning, I was just confused. There were so many people working on my case. But Brenton, he was fine. All in all, it was a pretty good process. I really appreciate him for what he did for me. As to my tax debt, somehow, some things changed. I was originally on a $50 payment. Then, they made my payment to almost 900. I was trying to pay that for a while. But thank God, Brenton was able to negotiate back to $50. He's a pretty good guy. He handled my case pretty well. I couldn't afford it ? the $900. I didn't know how they came up with that amount. That $900, I can't pay that ? I'm on disability! I really appreciate Brenton's effort. You got everything back to right. You're a good person. You handled your business like you should. I only wish I got you earlier. But like Brenton said, ?Everything takes time.? He got everything straightened out. I'm a man of few words, so I won't say much more; but, thank you Brenton. more

This email is From Michael B. stating that Ruth Farais is one of the most professional people I have ever worked with over the phone on any matter. She was very informative of the protect that she was selling from the first call to the last. She explained what Pinnacle could do and not do. She was not selling pie in the sky. All so she has a very pleasant phone voice which is very important in selling a product over the phone because she had only 30 seconds to convince me that the product is what I wanted and needed. I do not know MS Farias but she reminds me of friends of mine. She makes you feel comfortable with what she is doing and believes in the product. My personal opinion she should go far in what she is do. I am looking forward in working with Pinnacle to get my situation resolved. Thanks more

I think that she done a great job for me. She is super great. She called and checked up with me. She pointed me in the right direction. She stuck by me through it all. That means a lot. I would tell my friends to just call them, and they'll stick with you and help you to the end. They'll stick with you. Jenny is super great. She is a real great person; that's my point of view on that. The world needs a lot more people like that. more

Pinnacle was very helpful with my tax ?situation.? I hadn't filed my tax returns for a couple of years and I knew I was going to owe a lot of money, and definitely more than I could pay all at once. They got me up to date with all my returns and negotiated an affordable payment plan with the IRS. They were always available to answer my questions and happy to help clean up my tax mess. I never felt alone. more

Well I have to say these guys at Pinnacle Tax Advisors have been very patient and understanding of my situation ? you would never expect this from any company, let alone one that deals with these tough matters and the IRS. Without a doubt this has been the best experience I have ever had with a company I found online and have never dealt with before. more
