Disgusting, nasty, filthy, dirty, creepy office with equally creepy and terrible customer service. I only wish I had read the original review of this business before I went to this place. Unfortunately for me, I did not and am now paying the price. I am currently pursuing legal action against this company for the money (cash that he made me pay ALL up front) they would not return when I tried to cancel my reservation only 2 hours after it had been made due to a medical situation! The owner yelled profanities on the phone and hung up on me three times and refused to listen to me. He told me that I could use the money towards another rental, but there is absolutley NO way I will be doing that after the way I was treated. None of his machines are insured and I am confident that if I ever were insane enough to rent from him, he would find something to charge me for above and beyond the cost of the rental. I shudder to think that this man has any of my personal information (they make you fill out a form with you SSN on it!!). How could I be so stupid!!? Learn from my expensive mistake! Take your money and run!! I should have followed my gut feeling when I walked in the door. This is NOT a staight up business.
