Review content:
I had an appointment at 3:00 p.m. Time went by and I was still waiting. At 4:00 p.m., I asked about the appointment. Well, it seems that my paperwork was lost, and no record that I signed in. Finally, I went in at 4:20 p.m. The lady doctor yelled loud and clear that she wasn't taking anybody that weren't in her 3-5 program. I ended up in a room and waited for another 40 minutes. I decided to walk out and on my way out I saw the lady doctor socializing and as soon as she saw me, she hid in a nearby room. She wanted me to wait till 5:00 after her program to check on me; eventough she had no patients. One good thing about the place the ladies at the front offices are very courteous and friendly. By the way, while I was waiting in the room, I could hear someone talking trying to find out about who messed up with my appointment instead of providing a service to a patient. Don't waste your time.
