I have been to several clinics in my 37 years but none are quite as bad as Montwood Family Medical Center. To begin with, I went in as a walk in at 8:30 a.m. and i was asked to have a seat after i signed in and presented my insurance information. There were only 3 other patients in the waiting area. 2 and a half hours later i was still sitting in the waiting area and had not been called. All i was there for was 1 immunization shot. After 2 and a half hours i asked the receptionist how much longer it would be because i had to go to work and she responded in a very rude tone that there were still 4 patients ahead of me!! I sat there and watched countless patients come and go and i was never seen. I will NEVER return to that horrible place!!!
Cons: over 2 hour wait,slow service,rude staff!!
