Review content:
To be fair, I have only shopped here a handful of times, and each lasted less than twenty minutes, but the service here is somewhat surprising.
The selection of the store is rather impressive. I'm not an avid comic reader, but from what I saw, and from other reviews, their selection is good, if not great. What I shop for there is Flames of War. This is the closest store that I've found carrying it which makes it the most convenient place to shop. Of this non-mainstream tabletop game, they have a large selection of miniatures.
The problem is the only person I've ever seen work there. The first time I came to his store he was aloof and uninterested in the only customer at the time. Understandable, but still somewhat poor customer service. The second was much the same, but the third time I brought a friend who was interested in starting an army. This guy was unbelievably condescending, suggesting that not only was the army I used crap, but the whole game was crap. He made it clear he hated the game and never played it.
To stock so much product for a game that you hate and try to talk customers out of buying seems like an odd choice to me. If I had anywhere closer to get what I need, I would shop there instead in a heartbeat.
All in all, great selection, reprehensible customer service.
Pros: Excellent selection.
Cons: Poor service
