I had been a loyal customer at this dry cleaners for many years.When the new owners came in,approx. 2 yrs. or so ago the service and quality went way down.The man that waited on me on several occasions was rude and snobby.My last visit I heard the employees using vulgar language,I was very offended.Also I had a shirt ruined,it was ripped when I got it back and the owner told me that I must have torn it myself!And he did nothing about it.He was totally unprofessional,I don't recommend this drycleaners to anyone!
