I am very well respected man of my community. I was appauled by what transpired at Heritage Cleaners just one week ago today. I picked up a silk blouse that belongs to my wife and I noticed it had what appeared to be a grease streak down the front of it. It took me several days of trying to contact the owner, Chad. Finally, after calling day and night to get ahold of Chad, I brought the shirt in and showed it to him and politely told him that the blouse did not have the grease on it when I brought it in. After a lenghthy exchange of arguing, Chad had the unmittigated audacity to say, ""Black people can't take care of their clothes to begin with, so I'm positive that we didn't do this to your blouse, now leave my GD store!"" I was so shocked! This man is clearly a racist. If you chose to do business with him, know who you are dealing with. more

have been a customer for over a year now and very impressed by service i have recieved from this cleaners. alterations are flawless. staff is personable, professional, and tries their best to help me. love the membership benefits of spending a $1000 getting a $100 free, that has saved me a great deal of money!!! and made my day!! :) Pros: friendly staff, quick service, professional management, flawless quality Cons: none that ive found more

I had been a loyal customer at this dry cleaners for many years.When the new owners came in,approx. 2 yrs. or so ago the service and quality went way down.The man that waited on me on several occasions was rude and snobby.My last visit I heard the employees using vulgar language,I was very offended.Also I had a shirt ruined,it was ripped when I got it back and the owner told me that I must have torn it myself!And he did nothing about it.He was totally unprofessional,I don't recommend this drycleaners to anyone! more
