I have been going their for almost 20 years for all my shoe and clothing alterations. Personal, unique, and value added service always. Not too many small business' like this left. If you want to experience a Mom and Pop classis business, on not just shoes or alterations, but also luggage repair this is a shop to visit. They have Corky items on sale also. Items that you won't see in Walmart, that's for sure. Anyway, if you want to build a business relationship with a local repair shop, this is it. By the way, they make keys also. You go in their, you'll be amazed with all the services they offer. You won't regret it.
Pros: long term merchant of South City (30 years). Many services offered.
Cons: They close early on Saturdays.
