I have been going to First Choice for a few years now, usually when I am not feeling well and for my check up every year. The staff there is very helpful, there are a few ladies at the front desk that should be kinder though. Although, there are a few ladies in particular that are very pleasant. Yes, it is aggravating to have to wait in the waiting room, sometimes for an hour or so, but that is the consequence to being seen at your own convenience. There are a few of the nurses that I like in paricualr, but there is one young one whom I do not care for at all, shes very short with you when you speak with her, even on the phone. I do not have a problem with any of the providers, they are very caring and knowledgable. I usually see one of the PAs when I am seen there and I consider them to be just as good as seeing one of the doctors! They listen to my concerns or questions and may prescribe something for it or discuss alternatives. I have no issues with this office, it is nice to be able to see my doctor when I am not feeling well, not to be penciled in next week when he has time for me!
Pros: no appt necessary, knowledgable staff, late hours
Cons: wait time is long at times, some of the staff is cold
