Windows are an important aspect of the house. I wanted the best kind of windows for my house but I needed them to be in my budget as well. I had called about 5 companies when my search rested on Custom Exchange Inc. Their ideas and quote seemed to very genuine and thus I called their executive for a visit. They charged us only $299 per window installed. They offered us discounts on a bulk order and their packages are amazing. They never complained when we made changes to the design. They had to work extra to make the windows of the suitable size, but we never saw arrogance in their tone. They were friendly, understanding and explained us everything that we asked. We are glad to have called them and have them work on our windows. I give them full marks for their cooperation and skills. Highly recommended!! more

We are so happy with our new windows! When we put an offer on our first home, we knew the broken, stained, single paned windows would be the first thing to go. After our offer was accepted, we researched affordable window companies and booked an appointment with Michael. He was professional, helpful and knowledgeable in all of our communications with him. The day we got our keys, Robert came out to install our new windows. We quickly realized that we probably shouldn't have booked him for the same day we were actually moving in, as we felt like we were always in his way. But he never complained, and worked meticulously from 9 am to 3 pm. He was clean, precise and quite the perfectionist. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Custom Exchange. The price was very reasonable. I got quotes from a few places, and they offered me the best price. Michael told me that the windows would take three weeks to order, which was typical. They were in fact done in a little over two weeks! I had them replaced/installed windows in my living room area. The installers were professional and courteous... and very efficient. They arrived at 8 am, and finished everything in just a few hours! Plus, they re-did the caulking around my bedroom window for free!! I will definitely give them a call for my next window job!! more

Out of the 3 places I contacted, Custom Exchange was the first to respond. Best prices too. Michael came out quickly to measure and provide an estimate. One of the places I contacted said it would be a week before someone could provide an estimate. After receiving the estimate I immediately told Michael he had the job. In less than 3 weeks, the windows were installed. The install of 7 windows and one sliding patio door was done in a day. The work was quick and clean. Quality product, quality installation and quality customer service. I'd definitely recommend Custom Exchange. If I had more of my own windows to do, I'd have them do it for sure! more
