I had proof of registration for the card. All PC Zone selected the card and thus the manufacturer. All PC Zone selected PNY. If their card supplier won't honor the warranty, then All PC Zone should make it right. BTW, by the time it failed, the card was a $75 card. All PC Zone and ""go f yourself"" Edward wouldn't replace a $75 component after their supplier wouldn't replace it under the terms of the warranty.\r

A recurring problem, from day 1, was the video card failing because something was loose on the motherboard. When the monitor won't show the video, I press down on the external audio jacks to tighten whatever is loose. Then the monitor shows the video. All PC Zone never addressed the problem.\r

Long story short - a PNY video card in the machine (2008 purchase) supposedly had a 5 year warranty if I registered it. I registered it. The card failed in 2012. PNY claimed it had never been registered. Edward from All PC Zone (via email) said he'd check in to it. A week later no word from Edward and no answers to my emails. I called, finally spoke to him. He was arrogant and rude, telling me "let's get the system up and running, go buy a video card." He told me how valuable his time is. I blew my top, telling him my time is valuable. He replied ""go f youself!"". All PC Zone doesn't stand by the customer. They placed the PNY card in the PC. When PNY wouldn't honor their warranty a good company in All PC Zone's position would take up the slack rather than tell a customer""go f yourself"". BTW, Edward finally did check with PNY and then Ed sent emails reminding me how busy he is, reminding me of the wonderful work he does, and gloating that PNY wouldn't honor the warranty.
