This is the worst company to deal with EVER! The drivers, and especially the dispatcher are rude, condescending and unworthy of their jobs. I can't imagine what the company was thinking when they hired these people. I have never worked with anyone so rude, careless and lacking any sense of customer service. They are late to arrive, they don't have the things with them they promise, and they act like they are doing you a favor just because they show up (which is LATE!). I actually had guests arriving when they were setting up. The other reviewer, Jelena DY, is completely right about everything she said in her review. They are nasty, screaming, demeaning people that have no place working in the party industry. Employees who act like this have serious issues in their own lives. Because they are miserable people they want everyone else to be miserable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! They should be closed down immediately!
