I just had the worst experience dealing with this company. if you want to be called a lair,get overcharged, get yelled at and not get product needed unless you dont get harassed by Jackie Sundy Business Manager, call this company. If there are no linens left on this Earth and you have to call this company DONT!!!
Their Sales representative Dana J. didnt show any interested in taking care of customers. She promised that linens will be delivered however they never did. IF I didnt call her to see where are linnes she will never call me to inform me why linens were not delivered. But thats nothing surprising about this company. The manager Jackie Sundy showed 0 customer service. When you call her to fix problem she yells at you, talk over you, doesnt event let you talk,hang up the phone on you and acts very rude and unprofessional. SO after being harassed for 2.5 hours by Jackie, getting charged 150.00 for just 2 linnes that were actual example for client, paying extra for labor and gas so me as CLIENT had to make sure that I will get linens, I am more than scared for all future clients of this company. If this is the way how they treat their customers, this company and their employees should be taken out of business market. When i called President to complain about Jackie unbelievable as it sounds she wasnt nice too. When you have customer that wants to give you 700 tables just for reception area would you be nice? Save yourself and dont use any services of this company.
