Do not risk doing business with the most unethical business in town. This company overcharges and devalues their customers. I come from a family of mechanics who also run a tow business so I am familiar with tow rates and common practices and was blown away when I went to pick up my vehicle and was told after towing my vehicle less than 8 miles it would cost me $150. When I asked as to why the fees were so inflated I was sworn at so I asked to speak with a supervisor and of course their wasn't any available. I was told to pay for my vehicle or sign over my title. Granted my minivan is not worth much but I would never sign over a vehicle to a towing company just because they feel they can get away with extortion. Do not use this towing service push your vehicle before calling Moody's. Buyer be wary - this is the most unethical company in all of Rochester.
