i have never seen a restaurant run this crappy ever and i have been to my fair share of eateries but cest la vie is by far the worst. first of all the bugs...there are cokaroaches crawling all around there were two running around the balcony near our tableand the flies that hover over you while you eat because they won't close the doors. then the food nothing is what it seems on the menu you don't get what you pay for. for example when i walked into the place it smelt so horrible and when i asked the waiter what the horrible smell was he said it was the fish. i almost threw up all over the guy, but my family still wanted to give it a try. we sat outside expecting a spectacular view but got mediocre. the food came and i decided on the chicken which was ok but my mom got the seafood fettucine and man that was the most horrific sight any of us ahve ever seen the fish seemed old and uncooked which grossed us out. my mom asked to order somehting else and the waiter gave her a horrible attitude about it. then we ordered dessert because3 we figured it would be better, but no they brought us the tray that looked like dog**** i ordered a slice of the chocolate cake and when it came i noticed it was the peice from the tray. how gross!! so instead of eating it we just left but i warn anyone this is a horrible place all they care about is the money they make nothing else so please stay away from cest la vie you will regret it!
