Review content:
The Velvet Dog has undergone many changes in the past few years. The ambience remains edgy, fun and relaxing. What happened to the MENU? Philly Beef or Chicken Nacho's piled high, Signature Slider Selection platter served with Sweet Potato Fries and a one of a kind Marshmellow Cream Sauce!? The Tri-Hummus perfecta with toasted pita points... This list goes on and on. It seems that the Chef is always changing, yet we find the same unappealing sausage/cheddar dog on the menu! The staff seems to have a chip on there shoulders. It would be nice to be greeted with a smile, and feel welcome to come and hang out to a game of Ski-Ball?! Whatever the case may be, don't over think your crowd and customers. Best bar? Perhaps if the menu can meet the stature of the Martini!
