Review content:
I went in to get a key made, and was sent to the key section of the store to wait for the ONE GUY who knew how to make keys. Already waiting there was an elderly gentleman. We waited there 20 minutes, we asked 3 different employees if they could make our keys or if they knew where the ""key guy"" was. We were told to continue to wait (of course), then one person said the key guy went on lunch break, and finally an employee told us home depot doesn't make keys anymore. So we walked across the street to OSH and had our keys made there, within a couple minutes of entering the premises. Clearly home depot does not value appropriate staffing, training or employee compensation. IT IS WORTH IT TO SPEND A LITTLE MORE MONEY TO GET DECENT SERVICE.
Pros: location
Cons: grossly understaffed/undertrained.
