I have lived here for 2 years. Just like every other apartment complex they have there ups and downs. The manager is ok. She gets to the work orders and repairs fairly good. If you want a higher end apartment complex then go pay a grand in west county. This one is nice as you are gonna find at this price. It has a good location near the bluffs shopping center and at highway 30 and 141. I recommend it.
