The apartments are under new management - they fill work orders quickly; friendly; they want to help you make it your home; responsible. The community all know each other and look out for each other. They don't tolerate rift-raft. They have laundry room on premises which is kept clean. They do have the usual community rules to insure everyone has a safe place to live and respect each other's space. For my budget, it works for me. Pros: close to Gravois Bluff, laundry, place for kids to play Cons: not the Ritz :) more

The following is just my opinion and my experience: Unfortunately rents are high everywhere so the move-in specials, no deposit offers are appealing but do not be deceived. During the time I lived at this complex I witnessed more than I ever expected. The police are at this complex regularly due to domestic violence, fighting and other unsavory behavior. If you have children, this could be a dangerous place. Since there are tenants with questionable character, beware. I was told by others about child abuse, illegal substances, mold. The police have responded to wandering toddlers more than once. One of the managers told me that there were needles found at the school bus stop area and a meth lab that was shut down in or near one of the buildings. Of course, this is hearsay so feel free to judge for yourself. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt because the latest manager and the mainainace people were always very nice to me. Now that I have gone, my security deposit was not returned because the apartment needed painted and the carpet needed cleaned. One would assume, that is routinely done but apparently it is done not on their dime. Most of the residents move at night and on weekends, leaving horrible messes but it appears there is no value in painstakingly cleaning and spackling either. Keep looking. I have lived here for 2 years. Just like every other apartment complex they have there ups and downs. The manager is ok. She gets to the work orders and repairs fairly good. If you want a higher end apartment complex then go pay a grand in west county. This one is nice as you are gonna find at this price. It has a good location near the bluffs shopping center and at highway 30 and 141. I recommend it. Pros: Good location, clean, good price Cons: none. you get what you pay for more

I agree totally! This place is beyond bad. Live here only if you like to worry about you belongings, family, and want to be embarressed anytime someone askes for your address. This place is great if you enjoy all the comforts of prison. The property manager really doesn't have any idea what she is doing. I agree that everyone should stay away from this complex. What can I say about this horrible, dirty, unsafe place? First, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! The owner/ property manager has no clue how to handle a property. She doesn't get any of the mainenance problems fixed, the outside is trashed, and she will allow anyone with a pulse in. The crime rate is high. You are going to be miserable if you sign a lease. Do not waste your time or money with this place. Pros: Their are no pros about this apartment complex Cons: dirty, crime rate high, maintenance, and overpriced more
