I hate to hear that someone had a bad experience at Perfect Alterations. Nancy is truly a miracle worker. As a plus-size woman, an excellent tailor is an absolute necessity. Nancy has come through for me over and over again, doing everything from simple hems to complicated re-builds of designer dresses. My clothes look bespoke rather than sloppy, and it is because of Nancy's talent and care. Further, she just recently did extensive alterations on my sister's wedding gown, making the difference between a sad off-the-rack plus-size dress and a real Wow! moment. I recommend Nancy every chance I get.
