Review content:
I was looking for a short term rental (9 months) which this management company was able to provide. It is also a safe building protected by a doorman...other than that, I am in total agreement that it is overmarketed, overpriced, and not worth your time. There was a little boy above me who constantly played with marbles on the hardwood, which I had the pleasure of waking up to every morning. The kitchens are small, and the living room is oversized and awkward. The doors are tin-like and 70's-ish.
