This place gets sold to you as high class, the units are ok, well maintained and the view can be nice (if your lucky) but thats were it stops. The appartements feel like dorm room...

Yup- JackSparrow is spot on 3/21/2012

JackSparrow- EVERYTHING you say is true! Ive lived here for 6 years and I'm moving out as soon as my lease expires. The management team forgot to look and see that I pay $100 a month for storage and clipped my lock on my storage unit- when I went to mgmt, they said that they clipped my lock because ""it's for paying customers only"" - (accused me)- I asked them to look up to see my payments and they said ""oh- you are paying"". No apology! They also gave my mother a master key - to the whole building when I wasn't home. They never even called me to tell me my mom was there! I won't miss this place. more

JackSparrow's entry 1/5/2012

JackSparrow's entry above is %100 accurate - could not be better written. We had the exact same experiences word by word over the last 3 years. Definitely moving out. more

too expensive 10/8/2008

This place gets sold to you as high class, the units are ok, well maintained and the view can be nice (if your lucky) but thats were it stops. The appartements feel like dorm rooms and lack any character. They are seriously overpriced and expect a significant increase in rent if your lease expires. IF YOU PLAN TO BRING A CAR YOU ARE NOT ELEGIBLE FOR STREET PARKING WHEN YOU MOVE IN. since the building provides parking for the whopping amount of 350 dollars a month so you can add that to your rent. Pros: location Cons: expensive more

agree completely with previous review 7/8/2006

I was looking for a short term rental (9 months) which this management company was able to provide. It is also a safe building protected by a doorman...other than that, I am in total agreement that it is overmarketed, overpriced, and not worth your time. There was a little boy above me who constantly played with marbles on the hardwood, which I had the pleasure of waking up to every morning. The kitchens are small, and the living room is oversized and awkward. The doors are tin-like and 70's-ish. Pros: doorman Cons: overrated more

Thinking of moving here? Read this... 6/3/2006

One word - deception. This place might be marketed as 'luxurious living' on their website but the reality is anything but. The only thing luxurious is the rent which for what they provide is grossly overpriced. Onto the apartment itself. It's very noisy due to poor construction and if you'll be able to hear footsteps, objects dropping, furnitures being shuffled around and even you upstair neighbor using the toilet. Pros: 24 hour doorman Cons: Expensive, Bad building quality more
