Our 5-year old futon finally gave out and we were on a search for a post-masters degree sofa. We walk in to the Pasadena location at around 3:30pm on a beautiful sunny Pasadena afternoon and completed our experience by 5pm. We did not feel rushed (because we did a little research on their website prior to visiting the store). The attentive staff were not your typical commission-based sales person. We were even told by one of the staff that you customize your sofa based on your style and preference not on the high-end and high priced options. We have a cat and they already had suggestions on fabric and style that would fit cat owners.
