Over the years, I've purchased cases of wine from Blanchard's (West Roxbury) each year. Recently, I contacted the ""new"" online sales woman and asked her to let me know if she could put together a rather large order of wines that they do not usually stock. In the past, the online sales lady (Kathryn) was great at researching my requests and working closely with me to obtain some great products. The current lady ignored my requests for weeks and, when, finally I complained to the manager, she called me and said she didn't have the time (or the inclination?) to obtain my requested wines and that she would have the wine manager call me. It's 3 months later and I'm still waiting. I've since taken my business to Solera (in Roslindale) where they bend over backwards to obtain anything you might be looking for.
