Review content:
After speaking with several florists on the phone, I had experienced poor communication skills, kept me holding for more than five minutes, or couldn't understand basic English until I called Rainforest. I was surprised at how familiar they were with their stock on hand. It wasn't just a dozen varieties but dozens of varieties in each category, some much more. They had flowers I have never heard about. I was so bedazzled that I just left it up to them. When the recipient called to thank me, she told me that she had received over fifteen arrangements and she only kept two of them in her office. The two arrangements both came from Rainforest and were so different from one another, unlike another large florist that sent two identical arrangements to her from two different senders. She had already told her receptionist that they will be using Rainforest exclusively from now on. She also called the florist to thank them and was further educated about their business and how they are really into saving the planet, beginning with Hawaii and then onwards. Thus, having been called Rainforest, not only because it sounds exotic, but because they are environmentally aware and makes their customers aware as well. It is such a nice gesture to receive a thank you card with the photo of the arrangement I sent her with high acclaim handwritten in it. Most people can't get her autograph, I got a handwritten note with her photo with the flowers taken with her. As you can tell, I was blown away and have used them many times since and every person receiving flowers had said it was their most breathtaking bouquet that they have ever seen. Pros: Best flowers in all of honolulu, no comparison at any price Cons: Closed on Sundays
