I moved to Southbridge from New York and was apprehensive about finding a place to take care of spa services. I was so happy to find such a professional, friendly, relaxing place right in town. My schedule is really tight, and the ladies always accommodate me as quickly as possible, sometimes right away. I have horses so occasionally have to show up looking a bit windblown and dishevelled due to time constraints. I am always reassured and welcomed, and reminded that that's what I'm there for - to unwind, relax and be pampered. Ten out of ten for offering top notch service, while not forgetting to be kind and hospitable.
