Review content:
We tagged and purchased a tree that Darby Creek planted in late summer. It was not the tree we tagged and it did not blum the following spring, They had us tag another tree and we waited 5 months for them to come out and plant the replacement. It also was not the tree we tagged. The replacement tree they planted is doing very poorly, but is not dead. We made numerous phone calls and trips trips to the nursery, trying to get someone to come out and take a look at this replacement tree, They broke promised after promise after promise to have the owner contact us and come out and look at the tree. The last person we talked to was a young lady who claimed to be the owners daughter and assured us that he would contact us. That never happened. What we have learned is that it's true, ""the apple doesn't fall far from the tree"". Don't trust Darby Creek.
Cons: NO customer service after sale
